What update or am I to guess?

Version: 9.5.32993 the new update for zygor retails for wow 11.0.7 :)

Nope. I specifically deleted those from the curse client before uninstalling.

I am on RestedXP from the curse client, version 4.6.57 for classic wow.

Well seeing I am at work and it pays me and providing Addons does not.
But people do expect me to quit my job and pay the Addons not happening.

So you deleted the addon and the saved variables. So how did you reinstall it?

People keep on saying it does not show the guides. Because they take the file and not want to read my post or follow it.

Through the curse client. Is that my issue?

And where is the guide? Just the brief info in the first post?

I think I need up adjust my post. Because people refused to follow it and then blamed my file for them not installing it right.

The curse client is the easiest
Run game
Add addon
/reload
Add guides
/reload

That’s it, but people refused to do it.

I literally did everything you just described, and it's still only showing guides for 1-20.

If you have deleted the saved variables file and installed it from the curseforge client. Then your addons and wtf folders are the issue.

I manually made sure nothing rested related was in there.

The whole point o said about those folders. Is for some reason they get set to read only. So nothing can be added to them aka setting.

So I tell people to delete them. They choose not to and then complain the issue is there because they refuse to delete it.

RXP for Classic:

I have tried deleting the entire addon, and re-installing the addon client from Curse.
Downloading the .zip Guides from the link provided. Extracted them into the World of Warcraft\_classic_era_\Interface\AddOns\RXPGuides

When in-game, there are then no guides loading.
There are several bug reports though:
Everything was working fine before updating the add-on and before re-downloading Guides. I was using the add-on without issue yesterday.
Only today after updating everything, there is now an issue.
I have tried to roll back the RXP client 3-4 versions, but it persists.
No guides are loading, and the errors are still there.

I went into WTF/Account/Name/SavedVariables
I deleted the RXP's - now, there is no Error's BUT neither are there any guides past lvl 22. I.E. The free starter guides.

I then tried to re-extract Guides into
World of Warcraft\_classic_era_\Interface\AddOns\RXPGuides

What happens is that instead of replacing Guides and getting a popup that asks me if I wish to overwrite, it just makes another Guides folder inside Guides. Which is odd...
Still in the game, only the free guides are showing up.
Trying to clip the Guides out of /Guides/ and overwrite brings us right back to the errors posted.

I must admit I am at my witts end now as for what to do as nothing I have done so far seems to be working. :confused:

Well people are at their whitts and. They want a reply and they want it now. All they scare about is the addon and get what they want.

I have to work, seeing the addon makes me nothing

So we need to delete WTF and Addons folder to get it out of read only mode?

I tried that - same issue.

That is stating the guides are not added. You added the list, but not any of the guides. As you can see you literally deleted the free guides, I ask you why you did that?

I tell people add guides to addon folder and overwrite.
People instead, delete the guides folder (erasing all the free guides), add mine then complain they are not there. Then claim I deleted the free guides from their PC, when it was them that deleted it.
