How i can make Devil Spirit Dress(is it possible)?

Could anyone please help me with the accounts..? I try making myself a GM or adding sp and nothing happens, the number just goes back to what it was originally. I tried inspection and still nothing, I even closed sse and restarted but the number just goes back. I have teamviewer if any one is willing to go on that to help me.

Edit: also, my sp rates aren't working, and now my xp rates won't work either. I'm getting 1.5k gold per mangyang though, so I'm guessing that's working.

LOL i downloaded 1.150 and i get SeaERROR with 1.150 TOO OMG

How can i open the GM Console? I tryed the Combinations with Shift + ` but it doesnt work. Has someone a noob tool for this? ^^

have same problem do not work gm consol my system is xp sp 3 i think and all made for english usa, but it not help me at all any way to help with it ?
