Why is john banned?

Johns Ban seems to be caused by a user who obtained the ElitePvPers Database, he used Rouvesta's account to commit actions against other users.

I don't understand you guys, I didn't be banned since the hack released. I am using the private build for now.

John is banned at the moment because his account got compromised (hacked) he has contacted support about this and should get his account back today! He has changed his password and should be safe!

Just stand by until situation gets resolved

Don't take my words for granted, but as far as I'm concerned each private build has different code therefore even if build gets detected, then only 1 gets detected at a time (which is not really common since for build to be detected, battleye has to get hands on it or just be ultra lucky).

I might be wrong, but I think that private builds are OP.

Downside of it is that he has to make private build for each user, which requires a lot of time at a start, updating later on is easy since not all of them get detected at once.

John is in the process of getting unbanned as we speak.
