Try these options:
1. Unlock before pressing the OK in the agreement.
2. Press the OK before unlocking.

I did find no agreement whatsoever when I got/use Unlocker. :/

I tried that too,the case is that when ever I click unlock it won't get me to that menu where you can see the clients and the unlock all button.
