What if player on 100 cap will buy lets say 110 rogue mastery he will have 110 lv mastery with 110 lv skills on 100 cap? or is this fixed?

Imagine yourself in a test in your school would you finish the test and give yourself A+ ? that's just like us :) we can't judge ourselves try it and judge yourself there is no exp rate it's pvp server , you can buy scrolls at mastery dealer and teleport you'll get your skills instantly

Aww that's not a server like I've thought. Instant cap, skills, sos+3 fb items and only wars/uniques :(
