I think he can't IP ban, cuz maybe some ppl read this forum from a LAN house, Ip ban can block the acess of this guy, but can block the acess of another guys that aren't so noob as him

IP baning its impossible coz theres the problem off baning LAN houses IP, wich are maiority dinamyc and privats are, just like me, dynamic as well so... it wont do much baning IP's.
