hi I want to be an account and I wanted to ask, Is there a lot of English Speaking people? by a lot I mean not 1-2-3.. :O and is there Gold Tickets/Premium/Pets? (With silks of course)

Yes. There are dozens of guilds with English speaking players. You can buy premiums/pets bla bla bla bla bla with Silk.

depends on what you want....
Normal prices are 1silk/3-4kk.
Prem is round 1b...
Pets: grap pets round about 150kk and attack from 55silk to 180silk so about 150-500kk ^_^

well , i had it till today morning also ...try to get a proxy ...iam using atm Hotspot shield ...u'll get an US Ip and everythin will be fine ;)..got non lags at all ...btw not @ home atm >.<

no, dont to it. Its really really not worth it! Now I regret that i spent over 40$ here... 95% of this server are turks, only like 3% are normal english speaking all other kids and idiots. ALL spots over lv 103 are CROWDED, impossible to level alone for few hours, turk will come and ks you. Stall not working, spam in hotan so its barely possible to trade/buy/sell anything except sos so yeah, dont play here! Go to official silkroad but not isro. (Csro is good if you dont have lag there)

I dont think I will reach over 103 to say honestly.. I am playing easy for fun not for reaching 120 and be the strongest.
About the turks problem.. well... I will re-consider it ><
