Guess not. I'm not planning to update IDC anymore.

I can't start the game , XIGNCODE says some chineese/computerish code stuff that I have no idea what it says and closes the game.

I guess that this end of the IDM :(

Actually, you can use the Restool Idm.
The only thing is, the clothes have no stats and there are only
