You cant do anything shorcuts killthatmen. just right click it and click ''Run as a Administrator''

You can do it in a short cut way. Right click the "shortcut" of the hack in your desktop. Go to properties. Compatibility tab. Privilege level. Then check the box for "Run this program as an administrator". So, no more right clicking.
