can you help me with my problem.i cann0t find run after clicking start ,any other way to find run?

I'm in windows 7.

Windows 7:
1. Go to Start
2. Right click onto a space there and click Properties
3. Go to Start Menu tab.
4. Click Customize button.
5. Check Run Command
6. Ok / Apply


Edit: So your infraction was gone..
- You can only see your infraction private.
- Other users can't see it (including Guardians) (Excluding staffs)
