hey guys, sorry for stupid question. started to play turtle wow. as i understand i cant use RXP addon or zygor addon with their client, right?

Yeah, I know turtle wow, runs a client and Addons would work.

Buy they use a different API, which prevents the add-ons that you need from working

Hello. Thank you for the hard you are putting to getting all this things together! I am kind of new for downloading UI's from here and i am wondering how often does UI's (for instance naowhui) gets updated here. Thank you for the answer.

I do not think anyone knows how often they get updated. Seeing it would be updated because of the patch, hotfix, improvement and many more reasons.

Or if you mean for me to update it. I do not even use them. So I do not pay for what I do not even use. So that is down to the kindness of forum members helping.

The last people that said that, claimed it was not up to date.
When they did not bother downloading it to find out.
When after multiple posts of them denying it, they downloaded it and found out it was up to date.
But chose to say nothing at all.

Wowup string may be outdated
there are multiple in the file, one works but it its version from 9.10 morning where there shuold have been afternoon update with "major changes".

Or maybe this update is included and I am just expected more changes where there are none. Then you are +1 - I am another person climinmg it is not up to date when it is.

Well, you said more than other people.

The last person spent 14 hours complaining. That link wasn’t updated. When it didn’t even bother, checking the link. But when they did, it was updated and since then they’ve got nothing to say.

Amazing this is still being updated after I bookmarked it a LONNnnnng time ago. Thanks a ton, fellas!

I downloaded the rxp folder and it just gave me a 'guides' folder, the add on is not installing for SoD.

Do you did not download the addon and install it.
You did not follow the instructions either.

So I ask, why do you think "just" the guides is the addon?

im sure im beating a dead horse here, and i apologize in advance for my question.

I read the first post thoroughly, and downloaded the RXP addon, (also updated) and
I clicked the LINK for the ERA / Classic -- downloaded the guides.rar file and saved it. i unzipped and copied to my WoW/Interface/Addons/RXPGuides folder.

i assumed i did all correct. i reopen WoW and i am only seeing the basic free guides. Is there a step i am missing? Again, i apologize for my egregious mistake in not knowing fully how to get this to work, and i appreciate any help you might provide. Thanks!
