If you make ghost spear you have to wait until the char end the skill.
When you use the trick (i dont know how) your char directly use soul spear after ghost spear gave dmg to the mob

Clicking everytime on "restart" ater using that skill...

well hitting restart usually cancels your skill but this one inflicts the damage at the beginning of the skill, basicly the restart process eliminates the rest of the skill, the waiting part...pretty nice
