There was a bunch of warrior rogue and wizzard nerf why reversed? All of them was necessery. May rogue was a bit much.

CH: Personally i would give 5% extra dmg for ch (phy mag dmg)
After that:
- Bitcheon need buff for sure, if you wanna buff celestial bicheon force give at least 400 phy attack for it. If you can insert here a buff for sword only (required to use sword) they will need 7-8% extra buff at least.
- Pacheon, cd on 5-6 arrow combo good as it is now. Attack rate buff useless. Give them at least 5% extra dmg.
- Heuksal - Remove glavie bleed uslees... give extra stun for glavie not a good idea either, but whatever leave it as it is now.

So overall i would give evry class some extra dmg. (Don't forget exile weapons have higher crt as well.)

-Reverse cure cooldown, warlock builds already broken vs ch. No idea why did you nerf this, this is not a ch server...
