without nerfs pvp would be 2 hits from euro char. Rogue would just use their combo and 1 hit with dagger desperate. Custom balance is needed. just because you are used to isro pvp where you 2 hit everyone doesn't mean its good pvp. I agree that there are some problems at the moment, but it's much better than isro pvp 100% guaranteed.

Nah potwar is only because of vigors, 99% of the server can't play without vigors and i'm talking about chinese chars not eu.

If you knew how to play without vigs as a chinese you would see that there is no potwar at all :)
