nah pioneer sro had the same thing they got every hour hard lags but it wasnt ddos too they just reinstalled their servers and checked everything

They are not particulary good at this type of stuff...they don't event announce server restarts ingame...

I have some suggestions for you. Hope you will read this.
1. Fix all critical bugs.
2. Test ALL things, make a little one day beta for stress test.
3. Reopen server, delete all characters, restore all silk, make some presents for all registered accounts.
4. Profit!
Interested players will stay, new players will join, shitty and weak will leave.
