same thing happened to me man, there is nothing to be done. sorry to hear thisQuote:
I made a mistake (and was not actively using derp, nothing switched on) and started glyph to log my alt, and derp was in the icon tray.
Later, like 15 mins (NEVER used the speed, I only wanted the field of view and sink to bottom faster), all accts banned.
I am hoping there was nothing legit to detect and the ban is removed (these are 3 legit, patron accts 3 of my family play on), but if I knew not to ever start glyph if derp was even open, it would have been better.
TL;DR Add -DO NOT RUN GLYPH AND DERP SIMULTANEOUSLY- or something similar where the block crashhandler in firewall line is. :)

Block the glyph crashhandler.exe with a firewall (even a windows one), and NEVER run Glyph and Derp simultaneously.
As I said, I am noob to this and not a programmer, so it took reading all these pages to learn that. :)

I've just looked/tested this myself, I didn't have an issue with it and it did not crash.Quote:
