Problems after trying this:
"To instal mitmdump follow these steps:
1. Start poweshell.(Start+R, type "powershell", press enter) [if it cannot start it, download it from the web]
2. Paste this: [Environment]::SetEnvironmentVariable("Path","$env:Path;C:\Pyth on27\;C:\Python27\Scripts\","User")
3. Press Enter.
4. Paste this: (Invoke-WebRequest [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] | python -
5. Press Enter."

This will appear:

Either you're not using powershell or it's not 3.0. Also that's from a really old readme.txt. How do you even have that?

Can somebody explain this?
I added the Treasure Hunter skill mod my r35 and it's here on the car but not showing the gems. I know there isn't any rewards for doing TH but it's fun with a TH car :D

I tried, game loads the hash but can't load the car. Have to modify the client, which is illegal.

no server data for gems, all client side.

No, but it's not actually the skill mod that makes it show the gems. You can even remove that skill mod, it will still show the gems as long as you have this:
