i wasted 70m on weapon elixirs and i ended up with a +3 ...

it's only Lucky u can make it with 5 elixier's +5
and some one els can make it +3 with 1000 elxier

not at all , there is many people that made +5 10D weapons without Lucky powders 10d because they are not exist atm.

if you would not know 10d items in swsro have higher luck rate then other items if you didnt noticed

most likely its default luck is at 100% while other items are random

when luck powder will be out and if the luck rate does not get resetted there will be lot of +9/10..15 weapons

Im not sure what you said, but hes full of bullshit. Did any of ya ever b4 tried making items 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9d +5 without lucky powders? Or even +3? Me either, well... once accesorys 9d long time ago.
Besides in my point of view its not possible for a GM to make some items more lucky with alchemy. So in conclusion 10d items are NOT luckier or whateva...
