Is it normal that the side "server" is so slow?

Can you restart the vps or log the account off? I can't access to it. It's frozen since saturday, I made a little mistake back then :o

Heyho, die Website ist so ziemlich Langsam, ich komme damit zwar klar ich hoffe das es im Client (Ingame) nicht so laggen wird ansonsten gute Arbeit geleistet, und viel Erfolg weiterhin ich werde deinen Server mal anspielen wenn er mir gefällt werde ich .de Vernachlässigen.

The server is currently running full hardware reboot.
It should be online soon.

It's online, It might be unstable I'm not sure if I opened the right emulator. I'm too busy nowadays with my exams, I'll take a look when they are done. Have fun :p
