I tried a Hard AI mod before. It seems that cars in game are just altered to go faster which does make the AI harder but it also makes the car faster when you drive it also. Hopefully there's a way to have it so only the AI is faster with no effects on the car that the player is driving.
Anyway, got another bug. Just realised as I'm writing this that it's the infamous vinyl shop bug that's been happening. But here's the photo anyway for anybody interested.

Performance parts date back to the beta days where speedboost was mostly for the cars themselves, so if boost doesn't work that's normal. I know that A/M supports it but that system came in very late.Quote:

Also, I've been doing a lot of price changes lately and I've noticed that I can't make Performance part items for SpeedBoost only even though I set the currency to _NS. Is this because this was never supported when the game was online?

Still show the price of the car? Hmm, that means modifying the codes for the GUI. If someone manages to crack the game file checksum, you can even make it say "dollarydoos" :D

The games not online anymore so I don't see a point of SpeedBoost.
I want to make my game the version that NFSW should have always been. No SpeedBoost, no paywalls. (Not that any of this matters in an offline game anyway).
I've redone the prices of a lot of aftermarket items and replaced them with Cash rather than SpeedBoost, I'm happy to share with you if you'd like to take a look when I'm finished. :)
EDIT: Ok, I'm looking at the NfswEvent and it seems to be a bit too confusing to me. I want to change the reward so it gives 100,000 cash instead... This could take awhile....
Try Blacklisted's mod. It modifies the AI-only acceleration bonus value (the thing that the cops in chases get), therefore it doesn't affect you.Quote:

Not random at all, I just added 2 cars but rather then put them at the end I added them where the others of the model are, as for the 400 basket, I just did 400 and forgot to change it. So I can move the Achievement Lambo and Black Terlingua to the end of the list and change the 400 to the next basket number to keep order, or remove them from the catalog altogether, your choice. Oh I did remove the 4 traffic cars from the catalog list to prevent them from being given as reward cars, want them back in?Quote:
GlideImage, in your catalog everything's a bit "random" sadly. The catalog I sent you had cars from SRV-CAR0 to SRV-CAR375 without skipping with a total of 376 cars. In your catalog it goes up to SRV-CAR400(what) then finishes with SRV-CAR375 with randomly skipping some cars with a total of 374 cars. Did you try to change the ids or some stuff? Cause I can't re-do the basket nor will the server's basket will be able to work with this data.
