Well, I really recomend to code it from scratch because you will 200% how does your code works and will be easier to use, but if you still wanting to use leeched files I think that 3 months to have everything working at least 60%

the ETA depends on your c# skills. with 5/10-skill i would think you'll need about 1 month to finish up everything.

First of all learn english, none will help you with your filthy english.
Second learn programming, most of the errors can be fixed easily.
Third, try triforcing
