I agree that flying skill is pretty useless in 90 cap. If you are glaiver you are forced to play with 3 total skills, nothing else. Thats why first time in my life ill start a server as a spear nuker.

It is. Cause flying is the only range skill that heuksal has. I can simply use 3x nukes as a range skill on spear nuker which makes a huge difference, as you said. :mofo:

yea cap 100 more balanced then cap 90 ... at least u have more than 2 str builds can pvp i think this is something u can't edit on it just upgrade it to cap 100 like it was and everything will be fine with the current edit on force .

and for those who said increase more dmg to nukes or permanent snow ect just forget it , this is sro after all every build has it own role in the server for example str made for pvp features as tank build and pure int players made for uniques so it shouldn't be a build that can be the best in both or there will be only 1 build role the server so deal with it like most str do adjust set and go pvp zone , int upgrade set and go kill uniques .

add permanent snow shield and Chars Euro limit mastery 90, reduce cooldonw hp/mp 15 sec to 10 sec

Well some people, including me, like the aesthetics of for instance D10 more rather than D9 ... whats wrong with it d10 sword imo looks better than d9. If you like the look of your weapon then dont switch it, this is actually a cool feature, because chars look different at the end game rather than all having the same glavie same spear etc.
