Nostale dat is crashing when I hit start.

You need to use directx of nostale version, (nostalex.dat, not nostale.dat), change it in luncher settings (from openGL to directx)

Are you sure that you are on the newest version of bot?

Etwas peinlich das der bot nur auf offi funkt und du ihn nicht auch für die p server raus bringst die können das e nicht so schnell verhindern wie die gf :)
