[Release]S4Crew - IDChanger

There's a bug in version 14 save/load in effect changer arent working.
Fix please at the next Version

For All Who have the Problem with 0xc000007b, Instal [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] and RESTART PC and it WILL WORKS !
