There is a chance that quality improves while repairing with luckytime, yes, but trying to get a super item out of that? Complete waste of time, sorry...

If they completely break they can be repaired wtih 5 mets and they dont loose the 5 dura points that way too...Also it is random for an item to get upgraded in quality it is just more frequent on plain to refined than uni to elite ect.

Dude i dont know sure if this work because now if u have dura 0 need 5 meteors for repear
