Soo... lets see if i get it right...

if you ask "When is open server please tell me, go tell me go." 10 times in a row Eckoro or any other Zelos team member will have no other option but telling you when they will open the server.

But if you dont ask "When is open server please tell me, go tell me go." they won't say when the server is opened.

You could also try this every 30 min or so.. :
Run Silkroad.exe
If it gives you an error in korean that means the server is still not open.

You guys should really just ignore the retards that keeps asking when the server will be open or if it is open. They're just bunch of trolls or some retard that knows no English and is using a super crappy translator to even talk in English on here.
