How to setup your own Server with old UCCO Project

How will i know what version its at? sry im slow o.o

But now that i know...it wont let me add one, first it says i need to add a "host all all [IP]" line thingy..so i put my ip in..with the line that it gives me, save, close..then refresh pgadmin, and when i try to make the connection it tells me the pass it wrong..and i KNOW my pass for sure, and i tryed it a few times just to make sure...so yeah, korvics can ya help?

And it does it everytime...ive restarted and it still doesnt log.

Not if you dont change the Server in itself to work with it. Atm this server will only work with PgSQL

I get this error first, then I get another1, so im stuck at the second step:|
"The application for project 'c:&#092;XYThreadPool&#092;XYThreadPool.vbproj' is not installed. Make sure the application for the project type (.vbproij) is installed."

Seriously now..it's a lot easier to run a wow server than a cq one:P but anyway...how do i fix this? there's no detailed guide here :-s

Ok Im doing this thing , but when im up to step 3 (where you have to install PostgressSQII) I cant download it from winrar because when i click on the first file it says to download the mis file , I click over there and It says to vertify , I dont get it -_- someone help me plz

What about the password hash(es)? Will that ever be released?

Figured out how on myself...
Solution:
You have to go under Database/Conquer/Schemas/Tables then theres Accounts/chrs/Severs tc....

Now that I found out... I went on to step 6 and realized, that I didnt compiled it right, even though it said Build Successfuly on the bottom progress bar... I'm having the same Problem as others, When I compile it.. should both CO Full Sever Folder and The XYThreadPool be compiled togeather? If so its not possible because when I try to load XYThreadPool on Visual C# Express, it says that "XYThreadPool.vbproj" isn't installed when it is clearly aviable in the folder...

So I tried loading the sever on Visual Basic Express, XYThreadPool gets loaded without a problem but I have an error saying that "CO Full Server.csproj" isn't installed, when it is clearly aviable in the CO Full Server folder... I dont' know what else to do. Whenever I try to compile one without the other there is no "Debug" folder with an executable file that starts my sever.

Long story, short, The CO Full Sever Project file isnt capatable with Visual Basic Express and the XYThreadPool Project file isnt capatable with Visual C# Express; Therefore I am unable to compile the sever successfully.

QUESTION: Is there an alternative software/program that I can use to compile these files, or do I have to just start a new project in Visual Basic Express/Visual C#

I need some assistance please!

Ok I figured out that I compiled it correctly and both folders arn't supposto be compiled togeather....

I started up the sever, and everything seemed to worked smoothly, untill I tried logging in and all it did was go black and say "Connecting account to sever... Please wait a moment..." its been staying on the loading screen for a bout 10 minutes now.... can someone tell me whats wrong?

p.s. If I ever get through with this guide and successfuly set up a sever... first thing I'm going to do is re-write your guide w/screenshots lol cause I'm seriously struggling with this, and others appear to be struggling with this too..

If you create a private server this way, can you set your items +9, 2 soc, super gems, enchanted....lvl 130 etc.?
Because I want a server zp play with a few friends just for fun. Is that possible? Or is there alraedy a server where you can edit all your stuff? I heared about "Qonqoer". But they deleted it. I was just in the beginning for a test.

any guide on how to instal Postgre/PGAdmin... thats the only part thats really confusing me...

ok even thogh this guide is very outdated... and even if you do get past all the glitches and stuff... YOU HAVE AN EMPTY SERVER just maps no monsters no npcs just nothing

that being said...

i got past the probs everyone was having this is how


if you keep getting an error when you try to load/ build the server move the file named CO Full Server_TemporaryKey on to your desktop

load the server in C#

now you will get an error about the missing file
push ok
and move the file back into the folder LOL

NOW! go to Project tab at the top of the window on the bottom of that list there is the properties open that up

now go to siging and disable both tick boxes

push f6

move on to next problem..


in the guide he touched on tis subject but did not go into any detail

please do not forget that i even though i am a noob i am not stupid... it took me almost 18 hours to get to this point... so dont feel bad and give up when you hit a problem just make a back up and play with things... as it turns out i finaly broke the right things and it all started working :D
