You banned multiple users, the majority of them, from what I've seen. I'd like to see proof that they were actually leaking the product.Quote:
No, we didn’t exit scam.
We immediately shut down public sales and moved the product off-market, limiting access to a small group of trusted users. As there was 2 people found out leaking our loader. (Valorant)
Posting this in an unrelated spoofer thread makes your intentions fairly obvious, not going to lie. I hope the attempt to promote yourself brings you more customers. However if you want to talk further my discord is: mirageprivateQuote:

Two of the banned users are actually my customers. They've been with me for a long time and have never caused any issues, so I honestly don't believe that story.
From the outside, it looks more like you banned them because you didn't like the backlash after the detection. One of them asked for a refund and was banned almost immediately afterward, which doesn't exactly support your explanation.

First of all, let me say that I'm not new to this scene. I've been cheating in various games for years, so I have plenty of experience with spoofers, bypasses, and similar services.
After receiving an HWID ban on Valorant, I decided to try Edgey because they initially gave me a good impression. I opened a pre-sale ticket, and, unsurprisingly, they replied almost instantly to every question I had. As many of you can probably guess, that level of responsiveness completely disappeared once I needed actual support.
I purchased their package, and their guide explicitly states that the entire spoofing process takes around **30 minutes**, after which you're supposedly ready to play again. However, when I spoke with the support agent, he told me it would actually take **60 minutes**.
After purchasing, I watched their YouTube tutorial. Unless you're quite experienced with PCs, the process is far from straightforward—which was exactly my situation. Conveniently, they also offer a **paid remote setup service for an extra €10**, where they do everything for you. Clever business model.
I paid for the extra service, and together we spent **roughly two hours** completing the process. At that point I couldn't help but laugh—wasn't this supposed to take 30 minutes?
During the entire session, while I was sitting in my BIOS waiting for instructions, the support agent kept disappearing for 5–10 minutes at a time. His excuses were almost unbelievable. At one point he said, *"Sorry, I'm watching the World Cup penalty shootout."* Later he disappeared again saying, *"Sorry, I'm on the phone with my mechanic,"* while showing as busy on Discord. Meanwhile, I was just left waiting.
Eventually we finished everything. I launched Valorant... and got banned immediately.
I contacted him right away. His response was essentially, *"I don't know what happened. Let's try again tomorrow because it's late."*
The following day we repeated the entire procedure, with the same long waits because he constantly delayed reconnecting through AnyDesk. I had specifically made time in my schedule for this since I don't have endless hours to spend sitting in front of my PC, yet I spent most of that time simply waiting.
After we finished, he insisted that I use a completely fresh Riot account created from scratch. Valorant launched successfully. He also instructed me to use a VPN and to avoid wireless mice or wireless headsets because, according to him, my Bluetooth was "banned."
Halfway through my first match, I was banned again.
According to them, this time the fault was mine because I had used a purchased ranked-ready account instead of a fresh account. I've purchased countless ranked-ready accounts in the past without that ever being an issue, but suddenly that became the explanation.
I contacted the admin requesting a refund, but he refused, claiming I hadn't followed their instructions.
Since I had purchased the **lifetime** version of the service, I paid **another €10** for the admin himself to remotely format my PC and perform the entire spoofing process again. Before starting, he confidently told me:
> "If you do everything I tell you, it will work. Don't worry."
Once again, during the session he disappeared for several minutes before messaging me, *"Sorry, I'm busy,"* and tagging another moderator to finish the job while I continued waiting.
Eventually everything was completed. This time I played Valorant on a completely fresh account for three days without issues. Initially they insisted I had to use a VPN, but the VPN caused problems on my system. When I mentioned this, the same person simply replied, *"Then don't use it."*
Interestingly, nobody mentioned the supposedly "Bluetooth banned" issue anymore. One staff member says one thing, another says the opposite. The consistency within their support team is practically nonexistent.
After the third day, I purchased another ranked-ready account. I played only a couple of matches before receiving yet another ban.
I opened another ticket requesting at least a partial refund. The admin refused.
Throughout this entire experience, the explanation kept changing:
* First it was because I used a purchased account.
* Then it was because my Bluetooth was supposedly banned.
* Then it was because I hadn't waited three days.
* Finally, when none of those explanations held up, I was told I couldn't receive a refund because **more than four days had passed**, meaning I was outside their refund window.
Their website advertises **24/7 support**, but that simply wasn't my experience. Responses often took a very long time.
They also advertise a **30-minute spoofing process**, which, in my case, was nowhere close to reality.
And whenever the spoofer failed, there always seemed to be another excuse explaining why they weren't responsible—and why a refund wasn't possible.
I won't be replying further because I have no interest in turning this into an endless back-and-forth.
I'll let everyone draw their own conclusions about the quality of the service provided.
For the record, I have screenshots and recordings that support everything I've described above.
reading this comment right here is actually giving me hope , beause you are a very dumb individual , i dont know edgey i dont know anything about them but you have gone into random websites god knows from helen wong or who bought rank ready accounts and wonder why you getting banned , the last thiing you wanna do is to buy none fresh accounts bcz those will instantly get flagged and raise suspicious acctivityQuote:

If only this was true, waiting 4-5 months now with no reply. Many follow ups too. idk if our emails get sent to a spam folder and you guys don't bother to check but waiting that long for a response is ridiculous especially if you wanted a refund.Quote:
Please wait 1-2 business days for a response.
A 2 weeks delay ban is not a normal thing to happen, and seems like a targeted ban instead of a product issue.
Can't vouch for this because I got my refund fast and the dev was super nice about it.Quote:
easybro spoofer doesnt work would not recommend support also never respond and u wont get a refund
