got banned using eternal after few games with very safe config (never played marvel b4)
wasn't called out a single time and got waved at same time than other people
ticket support told me it can only be due to reports not detection
I know the risks when cheesing but still at least they must admit the DT imo

Almost everything that's not DMA is detected almost. Eternal is now facing it. I dont get why people get so upset and mad over being told their product has been caught. its not a big deal. Pause sales, admit to it, make people a wear with information and work on fixing it. No need to bash others or have this sense of pride. I understanding having such passion into something you worked on but in this world detections are common, Adapt and overcome. People are getting banned left right and center. Enteral is caught, I made 10 accounts and banned on 9 in one day using it, I have tried everything form rage to nearly having everything off.

It's not even that serious. It's when devs and admin start bashing their customers for telling them their product has bee caught is frustrating, no need to be like that. We understand things happen. Just be transparent. Anyways, I hope for a good recovery to all the devs going there detections.

It's conditioned behaviour.

Most 'customers' in this exchange of service are full blown retards who are quick to scream "detected!!!", time and time again, after playing super blatantly and getting manually banned, as a result of manual reports.

In this case, it's very likely to be automated detection, but it's due to the constant false-flag retards who scream detection anytime they get banned while raging that result in most providers assuming it's user-error and/or skill-issue, long before assuming the product itself is to blame.

Can you really blame any provider for being hesitant to assume there's anything wrong with their product immediately after getting a few "detected!!!" reports, prior to trial and testing it themselves, when their average customer is the type of retard described above?

Anyone who's tested Stern? Usually a decent provider, but haven't tried it for Marvels.

Ill try Shadowsplay with ls, will update if i get banned.

Edit: Got banned after 2 games. Used 4 hours on the launcher crashing my game. Stay away from Shadows.

I get it, I understand the user base I really do. But I was referring to recent stuff where the cheats where detected and the provider still pushing sales and bashing people. Repect goes both ways, These devs could easily put things to rest by speaking up or saying something. And if the problems have been resolved and these people are still screaming detected for raging then yes I understand giving them some attitude about it. But once the investigations have been done then communication. I think you overlooked what I was trying to say, communication is key and I have seen so many devs and admins just get really rude and fly off the handle for simple solutions. If someone leaves a bad review for being banned for raging or obvious that easily fixable. But for actual detection issues and to still push sales and put down the 100+ things is not okay.

We need to learn to be better then conditions behavior. I guess respect and common sense are not a thing anymore. This market as way to many highs and lows devs should understand this. Just be calm. Thanks for replying.

Don't get me wrong, Eternal feels smooth overall, but lack of transparency like if it was an user issue ("must be because of reports.."). In the end they had to change some security stuff to not cause those bans, so what was it before? Right, was detected. And I don't care why it caused bans, they did something wrong and had to fix it. Just be transparent and admit it, nobody will be mad.

Maybe wasn't communicated well enough from the dev to the reseller, but he should still check the chat in case of many ban reports and don't lie in public

For sure, I too really dislike providers and/or resellers that lie in order to shield sales; ultimately a detection is a big red mark against a provider that will result in a loss of confidence in the team behind said product, something providers/resellers know can be the death of that product, especially at such an early stage - and so they resort to lying about, or obfuscating, their detection volume/rates.

I completely agree with everything you wrote and just wanted to point out, a la devils advocate, that obnoxiously loud users - of which there is no shortage - who try to off-load manual bans as a result of their inability to closet, under the guise of a product being 'detected', is why most providers are often hesitant to assume blame.

But there is certainly no shortage of deceptive scumbag providers/resellers, either.
