Developers are not focusing on banning anyone as it's a PvE game.
I can only see you realistically getting banned if you intentionally and constantly ruin other people's games, hundreds and hundreds of time in a row and even then, it's a far-fetched idea. We used to macro spam in lobbies for weeks, rage in public lobbies, etc, and never got banned. Also, most of the customers are using their main accounts.
