Got the same issue, maybe that was on ragexe or cdclient.dll EAC

Was able to bypass Packet Tokenizer but the problem is EAC, cdclient.dll need to bypass

I manage to log in fine, but the program just goes to unknown packets, and after a time-out, disconnects. The unknown packets are due to incorrect recvpackets. I tried the earlier suggestions of combining 2 table packets, as well as using other gnjoy server packets (Korea, Thailand). Still not working. We need the genuine recvpackets from the server itself.
