No, as descibed everywhere this is a temporary spoofer, which means spoofs will reset if you decide to reboot.

We know, they either gotta update their cheat or use a different spoofer because as of now we are discontinuing 1903 and 1909 support. It's ancient and the devs should add extended support for additional windows versions if they're stuck on such an old version. I'm not saying we won't re-add it in the future, but as of now our main goal is full support for Windows 10 x64 build 2004 -> 21H2
