Understanding HWID ban/ shadow bans

No.

If you are HWID banned, it will not expire.
Only shadow bans expire.

You can play on it but if you don't change the way you're playing you will be sb again.

I believe I am shadowbanned.

If I use a spoofer like infinite, can I play with normal ping on the same account that got shadowbanned? Or do I have to wait 7-14 days first.

NO. You have to wait 7-14 days.
Without a spoofer all account you make will be shadow banned too.

So if you don wanna wait 7 days you can make a new account and buy a spoofer.

Make the new account with your mobile phone ;)

So my main acct was banned in the ban wave, but everytime ive made a new acct I cannot connect to online services even tho my other friends can. Is this a Hardware ban and is it permanently? Or is it a ip ban and is that permanent?

If you can log into the game, you're not HWID banned.
Shadow bans = 350ms, trouble finding games.

Its not that i get 350 ms. I created a new acct and everytime i try to play it gets into mw and says i cant connect to online services. Is that an ip ban?

They don't IP ban.

Could be that you have had a firewall network setting changed which is preventing you from connecting.

how do you check if the shadow is over? do you log in and look for a lobby? or try to unlink your activision account.
