Probably the worst reseller i've ever had to deal with. Ultimately, he ended up scamming me. He (4zhex) was super nice and accommodating at first Answered all of my questions and was super nice. Paid with paypal, he instantly rejected it because it wasn't F&F. fair enough, no biggie. Told him i would resend it a little later, as i was busy at that moment. Super friendly, said no problem. Asked him how long it would take to receive the product once i paid, and he said "Couple hours max". Cool. Paid again via F&F and thats where it went downhill.
"Couple hours max" turned into a multi day ordeal. When he wanted his money, he would ping me every hour or so, or even multiple times an hour. As soon as he got paid, radio silence. 24hrs of me asking when i will receive my product goes by and i got a range of excuses from "My exchanger is driving" to "He's verifying it", "Sorry i fell asleep", "exchanger is asleep" etc etc... but i went with it. I was nothing but polite and respectful to him, didn't multi ping him, bash or name call, etc. Simply went with it and said it was no problem. Tells me my license key will get to me in the next couple hours. so i go to bed, wake up, and surprise.. nothing.
roughly 36 hours go by, and i told him i'm not comfortable with purchasing his product anymore, and request a refund. All of a sudden, he's replying instantly telling me he has my key in hand. I tell him to just process my refund. He says Okay, and agrees to process it. Then instantly closes the ticket i had open on their official discord which had 50%+ of our conversations in it, and went radio silent...again. Opened another ticket and asked for a status on my request the next day. no response. Send him multiple PM's. No response. Tell him that i'm going to open a dispute if he doesn't even so much as acknowledge my request. No response. i've now been removed from their discord.
Just so we're clear, i don't have the product i paid for, or my money. I'm out both, "4zhex" isn't responding anymore. There were a million different ways to handle our interaction more maturely than he did. He could have said that there were no refunds, given me the license key and just kept it at "here's what you paid for, no refunds". He could have told me he can refund me, but it'll take a while due to his exchanger. Hell, this whole thing could have been avoided by simplying saying that it would be a 2-5 day turnaround for non crypto payments. Literally A N Y T H I N G other than the scenario that played out.
Take from this what you will but I would stay far, FAR away from zhex. If anyone cares to know more, PM me. I grabbed screenshots of just about every message as soon as i felt like this was going to go south.

I bought another hack for me and a friend... in total I've spend 320$ at this user.
The Hack was detected, got banned with 3 accounts in total. (I tested everytime without a aimbot, only esp and very careful)
After I got banned, I asked him for help and he told me he can provide a spoofer and keys for EFT, so I've bought 2 licenses (for me and my friend) for the spoofer and 4 EFT standart keys.
I've never received the keys, nor the spoofer....
After 5 days no delivery I got mad and asked for a refund, bought a spoofer from somewhere else and a new EFT key..
I got banned with his hack in less then 2 hours again.
After I told him that his hack is detected, he answered this:

Conclusion:
I would stay away from this hack developer, he might use your personal information to ban your accounts if you don't act like he wants you to.
Detected hack, dont buy it, you will probably be banned with this!
