It seems it's because OpenGL too

Ok got it working, as @[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] was saying it's similar to virtualbox error, it's because OpenGL.
If you are using vmware you need to enable Accelerate 3D graphics

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

You can enable this in VM > Settings > Display

I think he has the same issue I'm having, after enabling 3D acceleration, map window opens, but I can't see the map image, only a black screen. I can see other players moving but the dot that represents your player doesn't move at all.

I think the problem is the version of the radar you have, its too outdated and got lots of bugs. You should compile the ones from github. Now there are a couple with lots of new features like:
Item Filter:
NUMPAD_1 -> Filter Weapon

NUMPAD_2 -> Filter Attachments

NUMPAD_3 -> Filter Level 2

NUMPAD_4 -> Filter Scopes

NUMPAD_5 -> Filter Meds

NUMPAD_6 -> Filter Ammo (Includes Grenades)

when I click START RADAR it's nothing happen

Can you tell me what's your VM Spec ?
OS, OS Version ? Additional Installation Configuration ? VMware ?

yes some virtual machines have this problem. you can use 2nd pc without problem. im using hack on gaming pc and still undetected.
but use your own risk.
