Has this cheat ever been detected? or if anyone has been getting banned from it?

it hasnt been detected so far , only few manual dev bans as far as i know

settings have little to do with how you play.
H1Z1 added a headshot check to their anti cheat systems. So if you go in blazing everyone with headshots you're bound to be banned. It don't matter if you play with low smooth or high. It's about them shots you make.

So what's the best settings to use?

There is multiple options on the menu as i've spoke to a friend.

Smoothness for the Aimbot (1-100)
Movement Prediction
Bullet Compensation
Draw FOV
Bone Selection for the FOV (Head, Neck, Chest, Body)
FOV (1-100)

it's up to you to figure it out. I wouldn't set it to head for aiming.

This is correct. I never updated the original post but options were added to target neck/chest/body now instead. I recommended to all my customers not to use the head unless you're experienced and know what you're doing.

Edit: And I know who you are now, Zorlaser. I thought 2 accounts were prohibited on elitepvpers? Anyway, your slot is now gone for lying, so another slot has opened up.
