Hey guys please don't grill me i'm new to this, basically i downloaded the program its working added the item.dat generated, it creates it and tells me to replace the old one with the new, but can someone please just give me a simple know how on what this program is, sorry im a n00b i know.

This will show you weapons' and talis' qualities when they're on the ground.
