1. You need to add the IP on Regedit,SQL & RohanAuth
2. Check RohanAuth if there is the current Login from SQL Server (or RohanAuth wont work)
3. Be sure you are using Md5 Password on SQL for your Accounts
4. Disable Windows Firewall from the HostServer
5. Check if the Nation are the same on RohanAuth (depends which one you have), SQL and Regedit.

i have a problem after editing mobs level at the monster.bin file and i got this error:
