Editing DDS Files (How-To)

ok i did get that plugin and i have adobe photoshop 9.0

badboy can you tell me what setting you have it on when you open the dds and then save because i just open it and save without editing one thing and it came out all jack up with a color background behind the effect like tornado....i got the fire version and when i just open and save the file it has this orange background behind the tornado...understand?? thats why i am asking

didnt think so... it was the only dds file and there werent any c3s to go with it, but it kind of looked like the same texture (from what little ive seen of the skill)

when u open... change nothing...


when saving.. check 2d texture or volume texture and save again...

for example clubs... work only when 2d-texture

is this the window? if it is, these are the settings i use for it :P i dont press any other buttons and mess with stuff lol

my setting werent on those! and i didnt touch anything

oh, that... i had the same problem with clubs until someone uploaded a whole set and it was fine... i never did figure out how to fix it xD try resaving it with the settings i posted above maybe? :ops:

clubs work only when u choose 2d-texture

hmm my plugin version is newer its like 7.83

did thor work ok before you opened it?

re-install the plugin.. and try again.. ^^ change nothing

yea when i install the fire thor it work ok then when i just open and save the file it got screwed...
