Don't know where the hard decission is when claiming to have "Zero edits" at least until you can really say that 330 is not enough and too unbalanced.

"chinese already have enough power to beat euros" lol? did u ever play a chin char? even with 440 masterys its nor easy to beat them .... euros are way more powerfull then chin

many other server 110 cap had this change too and i heared it gave ch chars a little boost against eu chars so in MY opinion its not bad but well im not a players im just managing the community what definitly is a hard job

there is just no way u can beat euros with 330 masterys. as chin u dont have the ability like an euro char. u cant even debuff euros cuz holy spell...

I'd rather Start with 330 and increase it After than starting with 440, which may be too much and then decrease it. Btw next time im gonna use the poll too, then you will See how abusable the poll is :D

All i`m gonna say is that i will make an eu char at first for sure, because i can later farm a chn char, cuz it will need ALOT of sp...

hey you "pro" just tell me what to do when u cant debuff ur opponent with force or bicheon ... or cant kill him cuz the effect of healing cycle + holy recovery + vigors ist too high. U cant even do dmg over time cuz for e.g a warrior have stun, kb , kd with high chance. u can use firewall yea but rogues will just run away.
