He's not fishy, I've bought a lot of stuff from him. Nice guy, always looks after his customers and always get a good deal. Most of my friends have bought stuff from him too. He's legit.

As far as being banned, ePvP don't allow you to have more than one account per IP address and he got hacked a while back, hacker logged onto multiple accounts and he got banned as a result of that.
