lol, I'm not cracking nfsw I'm just emulating the damn server. No licenses etc will be connected to me, in fact, EA will be in lots of trouble when those licenses expire not me. :D
Indeed EA would be in quite some trouble and thus won't sit still. They would certainly try to take down any online server being capable of making the game still work after its official death on july 14th. This public server comes with ip ownership info and billing stuff, so the person behind it is traceable and will get notified to take it down. Even if you would be correct and it would be legit to run this emulator, that would have to be fought out in court. Because EA wants it down even if you are right, so they will just let it come to a court case. This means serious money spending on lawyers to fight against their lawyers in order to prove them wrong and you being right. Well, if you got some serious cash to throw into that catfight, that's fine. But something tells me a million dollar company is going to win this no matter what.Quote:

You do not know how much you're wrong.Quote:

EA won't care a fig about that. NFSW is official dead and the game isn't worth a cent for them.Quote:
Man, you think too much. You sound a lot like a typical EA Forumer, so I'm just going to ahead and ignore your "court" messages. Nothing's gonna happen.
In that case you can still play the offline-modus as it is now ;)Quote:
If one day bercay and his team will decide they dont want to support their dedicated server will we lose NFS world again?
Everything is very simple, now offline server uses files from the DATA folder which any User has on its personal computer, a question in volume what files will use online server if NFSW cache, is violation of authorship here, it is possible to fasten of course the client to game for example from most wanted or carbon and it will be considered as fashions to game. I warn at once, I don't insist on anything, simply thoughts in hearing.Quote:
If the server is an emulator that means the game is a real ghost! nobody can touch it:pimp:
