The price will stay as it is for a while. Probably when it starts to support a few more leagues like ESEA I will raise the price (I do not know yet) :)

It looks like this kind of cheat got some .lua based stuff in it. May I ask if there is somekind of plugin system in it? That you can creat like your own stuff?

Yes, the cheat features are all written in lua. A plugin system is planned in the feature (It is actually not well documented and incomplete).

The hack is really good.
I've used some good hacks which were never been detected before and must say this one is the best.
