It is normal way for this business.
A lot of people before deal ask ID card and have other rule for selling/buying something.
For example you can look at any people who sell Bitcoins - all people want see ID card and all people will have deal with you if you show ID card where name ID card = your name on PayPal. Also Paypal should be verified.

Also positive views in this forum not always getting garantee that man is good. For example other man from this forum who want to sell coins not lower than 100 euro each deal. He has premium and some positive reviews but it isn't first person who buy this account or stole this account and after that is trying to scam someone (please to read several pages more from this and you can find several persons who used trusted account and scammed peoples).

Moreover, your PayPal has been verified and you are able to send money as gift (this information has been confirmed via support PayPal)

For me getting payments as for goods is bad way and I don't want this.
Sorry and I hope it is last time when I explain these rules.

So, if you want buy coins you should use the same ways as other customers:
1. Have good PayPal account.
2. You are should have possibility to send money as gift.
3. Be honest.
