I get around 3.23% at SM7. You're not obligated to play the server, but don't try to tarnish it just because of the exp rate... You know damn well that the exp rate doesn't matter when you have fun... E.g. acclaim era. If you want me to be objective about this server, well it lags A LITTLE, but just as much does GC, which is an official server... The exp IS a BIT low, but everything else compensates for that...

Yea and the server would be perfect if it had higher rates
all that stuffs cool but no one cares to grind 9dragons like crazy anymore or you just have no life, I don't have any drive to grind to high level on this xp regardless of stupid shiny shit.

Not really. Refinement was always a "sucker sport". Anyone with a bit of 9D knowledge knows the "why". Pretty for people that like shinny colorful glows, but not much use.

There's a difference between +11 and +17, believe me, noticeable in pvp too.
