this happens sometimes.
1st look into logbook and make copy of premium booking
than look at abonnements ( I don't know, how it is named in your country). you should see it there with correct expiration date. if not, pls contact seafight support.
this happened to me in spring and i got my premium instantly booked by support

My support refused to give me premium.
He said " We cannot give you support on a package that is originally closed. " or some shit excuse.

But for some reason once i got premium from a chest i also got from the package, so im guessing i had it on the ship but it wouldnt activite.. :confused:
