UG is a club. Not an actual group for advanced members. You know the right person, and you're not an asshole, boom you get in. The quality of underground members and their activity dropped when the wrong people got underground access/

Ulti has never mentioned the UG for the release of this, and I doubt it would be released specifically to the UG, that's not what the section is for.
