Actually, the server only needs to be online if the thread gets posted.
For the rest, the server can be online or offline.
If it's offline for a longer time the thread gets closed.

We're trying to fix the "under maintance" on main page. It is online. you can join and see spacemap and it will say ONLINE.

As Gabriel said, the server is online, we just need to fix the bug for the start page, that's all.
