Is it just me?

Getting 4 FPS around Mobs.

Everything else works fine.

System is not a problem. Phenom x4 and 9800GTX+ with 4GB of nVidia ram.

Help appreciated.

Toggling the FPS Rate changes nothing.

Secluded area I get over 100 FPS.
