I just left this server today.

OI closed 98% of the time, I've never been able to get in.
Lights outnumber Darks 3 to 1.
Lights are way more powerful, no balance to the pvp.
Darks are camped 24/7 so we log and look for a more balanced server.
I've never see naked pvp hosted here and they don't even have a World Cup zone.

OI open everyday except Sunday. Factions are the most balanced we have been since we opened the server. Naked pvp is hosted maybe 2 times a week, we do not like to abuse naked pvp, most good pvpers see it as stat-padding so we don't want all kills to come from naked pvp. Naked pvp is always hosted in World Cup.

as for balance... I dont think you played more than a few hours hehe. At this moment lights are stronger but it goes back and forth and most the day it is actually balanced. All depends what time a day you log in.

I'm not entirely certain of what you're saying in the first part of your comment Cryptic but tyvm for the sarcasm in general. I'm simply here looking for a new server to join, I saw the thread where you guys were promoting your server so I posted my 2 cents, that's what this sight is here for. If you wanted to prove to me that I was wrong you might want to take some lessons from Kaari in diplomacy. Your not likely to convince me to return to your server or spend any money on it with childish comments like that.

I didn't say I couldn't find the times for OI, perhaps you need to learn how to read? Just because you open OI for 1 hour a day (Not including Sundays for some idiotic reason that still confounds me.) on a floating time table doesn't mean that I will be able to get in. Your players also have this thing to deal with called a real life, in most cases, to deal with.

I was on your server for over a week playing what I'd consider a full time account, approx 10 hours a day at various intervals. In all that time I never saw a call to World Cup or Naked pvp of any kind anywhere. Obviously my timing must have been off but that doesn't mean what I said was incorrect.

As for balance, you can say what you want about your own server, I know you guys want to put things in the best light a ensure that it continues to grow, but in my experience the lights are running things there right now. I've been stuck in raids with four or more full pts that cant get out of KI village more times than I care to count.

left server aswell, alot of skill cutting(in GS guild, standing beside the GS), when some FCD from light to dark Cryptic messed up the gear/weapon links.....shields with assault lapis, boots with ele 4 lapis lol....1 GM already left because of poor administration. Was a good try though at a decent server just too many boo boo's and bug ups

Never like my first post to be a negative one so I will try to keep this balanced. I played Cryptic for a week about 5-8 hours a day (non contiguous). I have been to a naked pvp x1 capital city MM x1, and a dd1 MM x1 as well as pvpd everyday. For days where i missed events, i heard other people talking about them so they definitely occur. The opinions below are solely mine and not facts or anything of that nature.

Skill cutting is quite honestly hard to stop and sometimes GS don't see it, but if I am aware of skill cutters I do watch and ban if I catch them. Gear has been fixed that was messed up with faction change, everyone makes mistakes. There were no ele 4 lapis in boots.. lmao.

GM that left was (ganna omit the name to keep drama away) .. and if your not new to epvp then you know about this GM. Well GM left because of me, and well that kinda means your calling me poor administrator, which is kinda sad because I really do all I can to help people with there in game, and account problems. This GM was never on at all when he left most of the server did not even know who he was at all, so its really ironic that you say he left due to poor administration when he did nothing really to help the server ever.

I think it's obvious that some people like the server and some people doesn't. but all in all i don't think that gives people the right to come bash the server when.... obviously the administration is try their best to get the server running and to make a game style everyone likes.

Personally i've been roaming about with no server for a couple of months, doing nothing really, my plan was to get back at my old server... but that ain't happening.
I'm happy at Cryptic, there's nice people, the staff is nice.. sure we've lost some people, but on that note we've gained some too.

Besides.... how many servers has the bragging rights of our armor :P ?

The pvp is also starting to get awesome, and it's really enjoyable. our events are good, Another GS and i are making a big joint event the ninth of december. it's a trivia ( she does it on light side while i do it on dark side) and then we end it with a sweet touch of hide and seek in pvp maps

If you ask me.. i like this server, but i guess it's cus i like what it contains and the people on it.
of course it's always nice with feedback, good and bad, but theres a limit to what people should say and what they should keep for themselves.
Plus we just got out 2 first Diamond pvp'ers .. So grats to them ^^

And a last thing, a guildie of mine has made 2 pvp vids so i hope people will enjoy them <3

I must say I do like this server the most!

Don't forget to check out the server, we have an awesome smexy event coming up this friday, it's huge trivia on both sides followed by a little H/S on pvp maps, and some awesome smex prizes ^^
